  1. Buy stamp paper in the name of deponent (applicant).
  2. If affidavit is made for minor then stamp paper to be purchased in the name of applicant i.e. either Father or Mother.
  3. Write your name, father/husband name, address, age, profession, purpose of affidavit, declaration, place, date and time.
  4. Sign using blue-pen above DEPONENT.
  5. Get it notarized by Public Notary. In certain cases signature of Tehsildaar or SDM or competent Authority is required
  6. The value of Stamp Paper varies from State to State. Generally, it is made on Rs. 10/- or higher value Non-judicial stamp paper.
  7. Stamp paper should be purchases from the same state where Affidaivt is prepared.
